Swimming Pools

I am trying to find out what are the legal requirements to get a Swimming Pool operators licence within the Benahavis council district.
I believe it is based upon the size of the pool and therefore we may need to comply.
I have been trying to find out what the requirements are as all I hear is you may need this or you may need to comply with that
Can anyone please point me in the right direction
