Why does my login for Estepona not work on the rest of the Costa Del Sol forum

Michael, I am not registered to the Estepona forum, & yet, here I am replying to your post. 

Use your usual log in, to log in & you should be able to respond to out of area posts (or at least I can)

I click to read, it does not auto login, then when I enter my credentials it states that I do not have access rights.

The link you supplied is for the "Costa Blanca" forum, you may have to register on that forum separately.

Just use your same credentials that you use on this "Costa del Sol" forum to register to avoid confusion.

Thank you Andrew, I did see that reference, but still don't understand the logic, unless perhaps the hosts are monetarizing the same user multiple times?  

Actually they want me to complete stuff which isn't relevant to me and I would have to fictionally create, so I will just get a load of Costa Blanca section emails, so I wont bother. But thanks for your response.

Aside from the slight inconvenience to user experience It does make sense for a number of reasons.Primarily it localises regional advice:1. The laws can vary between the regions.2. Advice locally received from users for trades etc 3. Advice locally received for health experience from local users etc.4. Sales and wants locally received and advertised.5. From an administration standpoint it also makes it more manageable at the server end.In your case from your original post, there could be a further General tab where one may get general advice for Spain...although this adds another strand to the complexity of maintaining the sites.In general, the sites are very good and have some very knowledgeable users who offer their time, experience and expertise freely.This is valuable.At first, the forums do take a bit of time to acclimatise to the format presented.
