Hi, It's very simple here in Antequera, go into the town hall on the main street opposite side from Maskom supermarket.
Present your old Pardon, passport and purchase a 1.50 euro ticket for the fee. There is a ticket machine down the corridor opposite the entrance arch across the courtyard.
They will issue your new pardon there an then.
