Can anyone recommend: Architect

Morning everyone

Thanks to everyone who answered my post about banking and insurance, it was really helpful.  We complete the purchase of our house on 6th May  and fairly soon would like to make some alterations so could anyone recommend a good local architect who ideally speaks some English?  We have started our Spanish learning but realistically it is too soon to have that conversation, we will probably end up with a basement we don't want.

Also, looking a step further can anyone recommend a good builder?
