Looking for a job: Health Care Assistant

Good morning all
My husband and I are lookkng to move to Saydo Park in the next 6 to 8 months, we are not at the retiring age yet and would like to work, how hard is it to find a job, my husband is a plater weilder by trade but in management at moment, he's also a good odd job man.
This has been my dream for many years and can't wait to start living our life in spain.
