Lizzie, we are just normal people like you living our lives. We do not get paid to answer questions! If you didn't get an answer either you live in an area no one else here does or they do not know an answer to your question. Pretty simple.

You could Google the opening hours of your local supermarket, or cope for a day, couldn't you?
As for the technician, go to your nearest ferreteria and ask.
