I sent a PM  to someone who responded to my post over a week ago and I have now received another forum message asking me to respond. How am I meant to do this if I am unable to give personal contact details and the PM was not delivered?

Hi Peter

If you go to the following link can you see whether it says [Username] has read this next to the title of the message you sent?

PM''s are sent but need to be accessed and 'read' by the receiver for you to know they have seen it.

You can respond to that question by answering on the forum as best you can without giving personal contact details and at the same time ask the member to look at your private message if they need to contact you further.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Jan; in this case the guy sent me another message and asked why I hadn't replied to the first one. Peter
