Where do i get car tax in Torrox ?

Hi where do i get car tax in Torrox (Spanish registered car). What is the address and cost please ? Understand need to arrange by end April.

I am also wondering about paying annual car tax in Torrox.
Lat year I got a letter with a payment form in early May I think, which I paid at my bank's ATM.
Will the procedure be the same this year, with the lockdown in place?
