Hi I’ve just bought a townhouse in the pueblo. Does anyone know if the Costa hotels allow people to use the pool area on a pay per visit basis? Sometimes the sea is too rough for daily swimming. Many thanks
Hi, There is a public swimming baths ( Piscina Maria Peláez ) in the pueblo on the north side in the sports complex. Never been so can't comment any further!

Thanks AlexR. It is wonderful that we have a pool in the town but it covered and I was hoping to use an open air pool and then use the hotels facilities as a paying day guest. I guess I’ll just have to ask very politely at the hotel reception.

Not much chance of that Paul, have you seen Lake Vinuela? It would need to rain all winter every day I think! The hotel pools may not be an option either as no refilling of pools is allowed, so when they drop below a certain level, they are closed.
