Torrox to Mijas Pueblo

Hello.
I cannot find where to get the information from, but I'm sure someone can help out there! I want to go to Mijas Pueblo from Torrox, but do I go bus to Malaga then train, or Bus? I don't know?? I have tried to plan my days out but unless I do, I will be saying to the Mrs, where should we go, I dunno. I would be good if we could go on some excursions, but pick up from where? and this will be at the beginning of October. Please give me some ideas on places to visit, can do buses trains or both. Joe
