I would recommend Sanitas, How old is your wife? Because the prices of the plans vary according to age, but you can call them and get a quote without obligation.

Hi Shaun,

Thank you

Hi Rob. did you manage to sort out your healthcare.  If you are retired in the UK you can apply for the S1 and receive state health care in Spain. If not you will need private cover.  Some pre existing conditions can be covered but normally many are excluded.  Let me know if you need any help.

As in all things consult a gestor. We did and we now have residencia and Have our TIE cards. We are both Uk pensioners and all that was necessary was to show proof of pension. You have a window of opportunity whilst the withdrawal agreement is in place until 31st December. But please consult a gestor who specialises in this. It cost us €350 in total from consultation to TIE.

Hi ,

I’m trying to rent a flat in Torremuelle to get residencia - but the flat is a 6month short term tenancy - would the police reject it for padron ? As it isn’t a long term tenancy ??
