BBQ novices

Hi. We have just moved to Coin and bought our first gas BBQ. I would like to arrange a BBQ cooking lesson for my husband. We don't eat meat, but eat fish, shellfish and veggie products. Is there anyone who can provide a BBQ materclass to help us prepare and cook our fish/veggies on the BBQ? Thanks terea
