Property Rental in Torrimolinos or Benamadina

We are over here in Torrimolinos until 26th March 2017 and we are looking for a 1 bedroom apartment for next year from 3 February 2018 and 28 April 2018 next year.
We love any advice we could get about the 3 months Winter rental my partner has C O P D ( Emthasema ) and he needs the dryer weather and here in this area suits him so much better. We do have a very small dog that we bring with us she is not trouble she is more of a little cat as she sleeps on your lap most of the time!!
So Any advise we would apprciate very much indeed.
