Retirement homes in Andalucia

Dear all,
My name is Popke, I am Dutch and living in Torremolinos with my husband since october 2021. I am a healthcare worker for my profession but currently not working. The reason I join this forum right now is I'm looking for a retirement home for this sweet, artistic lady in her seventies called Rosemary (English). Right now she is living in a carehome where there is not much time and attention for residents, and also her children can no longer provide the price they ask (€1500 a month). Now Rosemary can still take care of herself with most things but needs a place where people keep an eye on things and help her with or provide her meals. Can anyone give me some tips or point me in the right direction I appreciate it very much!!
