The middle carriage on the Malaga -Fuengirola train line has a platform level access, but this carriage is normally quite busy with pushchairs and bikes so there is competition for space.  Some of the stations along the route do have lifts but the station in Torremolinos does not at the moment although the work to install lifts should be completed sometime soon.  There are two lifts in Torremolinos where you can get from the front to the town centre.  I think both have some steps to access or involve a circuitous route to get to them.
