Does anyone know what kind of visa I need to stay in spain for more than 90 days?

Complex you need a work Visa or a non-Lucrative Visa, basically you will have to take up residency, The 90 Day's out of 180 is the standard Schengen area stay limit from UK.

If you take residency I believe you will have to declare your worldwide wealth and pay taxes in Spain
