looking for my friend with mental health problems last known location Torre del Mar

Looking for my friend who we haven't heard from in 24 hours, suffers from Bipolar and was last in Torre Del Mar.
She is English, tall with short cropped hair.
Any help locating her to help her get to a hospital / home would be much appreciated.
Any suspected sightings please just let me know, so we can try to get help to her.
