meet new friends in Torre del Mar

Hi Anette,

I think you made a nice choice with Torre del Mar. Do you know it well, have you stayed there before? If not, feel free to ask me any questions you might have. I live in Velez, am German, 57 years old and married to Steve, 69, British. I would be happy to meet, but I am away from the 7.11. until February in Thailand. So it would have to be before or after. How long are you staying?

Thank you for your kind reply. Yes I have been in Torre del Mar in May last, visiting my sister & brother in law, who have lived in and around for the past 16 years. It would be nice to meet each other, so I will be able to hear about the do's & the dont's, beside it is always nice to meet someone new. However, since I am planning only to leave by the beginning of November, there will not much time...Is there a special reason for you to go to Thailand? My husband, who passed away 1 year ago, and I have made several trips to Thailand in the past. The land of Smiles. If things turn out to be as I have expected in TdM, I am planning to stay for a few (4-5) months.

Yes, there will indeed be not much time before we go. If you want to meet for a drink anyway, let me know. There is no special reason for going to Thailand. We like travelling and try to get away at least once a year. Twice, most years. We have just come back from Georgia, actually, escaping the worst of the summer heat here. 

I suggest, you get in touch when you get here. If we can meet, before we take off, that would be good. If not, then maybe in February.
