Where are you based? What size and type is the persiana?

Good morning

The apartment is in sotogrande.

The motor is from Persax company.

The motor is a persax 80/12NM serie 60 con corona 124373Y

Torrelux gave me an estimate to replace it 850 euros . 2 technicians 7 hours of labor!

I found very expensive.

Regards.

Assuming there is nothing out of the  ordinary regarding access to the persiana box (it is not hidden behind plasterboard etc) then 7 hours is excessive. If the persiana is in the closed position then two men are not required to change the motor.
