I am looking for a company that can supply either sky tv or uk channels who is totally reliable with good service back up. Has anyone used sky doctor or is sotosky better. Nortons is my current supplier and system keeps breaking down

Occasionally the screen freezes and then usually continues. I think that happens with all internet tv systems. But overall satisfied.

Hello,
We initially used Sky Doctor's Brit Pack which gives basic UK channels (not Channel 5 though) and a few others (CBeebies, Film4 etc). This is a satellite based system you get for a one off installation fee and worked fine with no problems, apart from sometimes the signal breaking up if there was heavy rain or thunder. Lately we moved house and now have Avatel's broadband with TV. So far they have been excellent, easy to deal with and no reception issues and the added bonus of being able to switch it on and off so we don't have to pay for it for those months we are not in Spain.
