Costs for utilities and servicing

Hi all I hope you can help... I need to put together estimates of costs for aircon use and also annual costs for servicing boiler for hot water, servicing air con and washing machine. I have a small two bedroom apartment aircon to be put in lounge and two bedrooms. I envisage aircon being used 3 months of the year and out most of day as will be rented out over hotter months. Appreciate any help with this to give me a guesstimate to work with. Thank you Angela
