To the English expats complaining about the website not available in English, I’d recommend to learn Spanish, it is a beautiful language and culture.
If you are talking about paying for an online order then, being honest, speaking to somebody at Leroy Merlin in any language won't really help as inevitably the payment aspect will be dealt with by the payment provider as opposed to the retailer. Retailers rarely see or have access to individual buyers financial details. If you are talking about a bricks & mortar purchase then you'll probably do better visiting the store in person and speaking to customer services. Alternatively, if I have completely misunderstood the issue then my advice would be to find a Spanish speaking friend who can call them on your behalf. Or if all else fails you could email them and use Google Translate to send the message in Spanish....
