We visited Mollina last year looking at parks and we decided on one called Pueblo Fiesta or Lazy Days as its sometimes called. To us it was much nicer than the other ones and the people were very friendly. We were advised against Saydo as it was very cliquey. Also Pueblo Fiesta is within walking distance to Mollina. Hope this helps.

We looked at La Pousada but decided it was to far inland and we didn,t like to town of Alameda as much as we liked Mollina.

The ground rent is 3980 euros a year, so much the same as the other parks. The tv and internet are very good, most of us have digital boxes costing 80 euros a year. All the sky sports thousands of films, catch up etc

The only extra costs you have at Saydo is electric which is billed monthly, gas bottles as you need them, water which is billed every 2 months and rubbish which is an annual bill, you can see all the homes for sale on www.saydoparks.com

Hi, I am a 67 year old guy thinking of relocating to the Antequera area at either Saydo park, La Posada or La vina any advice would be very appreciated. Regards Geoff.

Have you looked at Saydo Manhattan? Sister park for Saydo Park. Brand new park just being built and has modular homes rather than static homes and good sized plots. If you like the idea of being there at the begining of a project and having the pick of the best plots, this might be for you!!

Hi, could you please tell us if it's too cold at Pueblo Fiesta in Mollina and how do you cope with it.
