I would also suggest you look at Pueblo Fiesta (Antequerra spa) as we found it by far the best. We were advised NOT to go to Saydo park as it was very cliquey and La Pousada was to far away. Mollina is a lovely town and Antequerra itself is only approx. 20 mins on the highway. Once we have sold our house in Portugal we will be moving there.

Hi Diane,

Thanks for your reply.  I had thought about Pueblo Fiesta as it looks nice on google maps and is the nearest to Mollina if I am right.

We have decided to rent for a year now while we decide what area we really want to be in.  The rental is in Santa Pola, which is a lovely town with the beach, marina and most things close at hand that you could need.

Hope your house sale goes well in Portugal and good luck for the move.

regards

Anita

Hi Anita,

Thanks for your reply.  We have also thought about renting first but not sure about where. As for Pueblo Fiesta, have you done a viewing trip to see the park? Lin and Wendy are really helpful. Maybe we will see you in Pueblo Fiesta in the future.

Kind regards

DIANE

Funnily enough, I have bought there and have been living here for over a year. Yes, I agree, its probably the best one as far as handiness goes

Hi Diane

What sort of ground rent is it plus any other fees so we know what we are looking at before making any decisions about visits etc.

Is the internet/TV signals ok around that area, sorry for the questions but its best to ask someone who knows.

many thanks

Hi Anita,

If you Google Pueblo Fiesta and click on to their site you will get all the info you need. It tells you about ground rent, the size of the plats, cost of gas and electric and you get internet and English tv.

You will also find a list of all the homes they have for sale. I suggest you look it up and you will get all the info you need.

Hope this helps

Just a little tip. When you Google Pueblo Fiesta it comes up as"Pueblo Fiesta Mollina"  Click on that and it comes up as" Pueblo Fiesta Residential Style Mobile Home (caravan) Park"
