Getting a Spanish IBAN from the UK...

I need a Spanish IBAN to get health insurance.......to get the Non-Lucrative Visa to help me to move to Spain.
Any tips on the easiest way to do this or the best bank to approach about opening an account remotely from the UK?
Surely it's possible.......or is it a round trip and a 10 day quarantine in the UK!
