Hi, Sorry but I'm too stupid for this.

Cajamar bank: Wanted to pay for a flight, entered all details of my cc and got a message to release the money I just don't understand. Have tried 3 times

sume 12345 al resultado de adding los numeros en las posiciones 2 y 3 del pin de su tarjeta

What do I have to do??? I have put the posiciones 2 y 3 at the end but it is not working, please help

From what I can gather.

1.

Add the 2nd and 3rd numbers of your pin together.

2. Result X and 12345

So X12345

Translation :-

"add 12345 to the result of adding the numbers in positions 2 and 3 of the pin of your card "

I hope this works for you.

Thank you. Do you mean Add the 2nd and 3rd numbers of your pin together and put the result in front of 12345? If yes why in front?

I think you must have study math before opening an account with Cajamar.

Yes.

Only going by your quote "in Spanish" above.

I translated it for you in the last post.

Unfortunately I don't work for the Bank so I don't have access to the reason why.

Hi Andy

I have another option for you to try.

Take the 2nd and 3rd digits from your pin and replace the 2 and 3 in sequence.

Example if your pin was 79685

Then you would enter 19645

This is my take on it.

If your PIN is 3456, add 4+5 giving 9.

Then add 12345 to 9, giving 12354, enter 12354.

Good luck

I guess it's a call to the bank.

Let us know the answer with an example once they tell you how to do it

One more idea

12345 = 15

? +  ? =  ?  ( your 2 digits added together)

15 + ?  = ? (Total of both added together is the code)

Well I have another solution just close your account in this stupid bank and go elsewhere. I have never heard such nonsense in my life. Go to Caixa. Their online app is so easy to use even if you are a novice to online banking.
