Could anyone give a home to this lovely cat?

We look after a large country property where the owner does not like cats. A beautiful young female cat has been here for about 6 weeks. She has a clip on her ear showing she has been neutered ,perhaps by a charity? She is very friendly and determined to stay despite our dog chasing her up a tree! We love cats ourselves but need to find her a home before owner next comes out...
