Can anyone recommend: An Acredited Electrician

Our apartment in Sabinillas needs an increase in supplied potential, we had an electrician look at the job but now tells us he’s too busy! The meter is in the basement directly below our apartment a new line needs running to our board and the circuit breakers need upgrading etc, we would need a boletin for endesa when the work is completed. We can pay cash if needed.
