Garden shed

Does anyone know if we can put up a garden shed in our underground car parking space as neither my wife or I drive and we would like to store stuff in it ?

It will depend entirely on your community rules. Check those with your administration to be certain. Stuff like this is always a bit controversial as, after all, its a car park space and not a storage room so you may find neighbours complaining and, to a degree, quite rightly. But check the rules to be sure.
