We have broadband through Telefonica in Our flat in Duquesa Their charges have doubled. How do I contact them, in English, from the UK ?

They are now called Movistar. If you are in Spain you can call 1004 for assistance in English but I appreciate that doesn't help you. Try looking at their website.

When you call the regular Movistar number just say "English Please"  or "Inglis Por Favor" and they will put you through to someone who is Spanish but speaks English (speak slow - they are not English speakers).  It depends how busy they are how long that takes but its worked somewhat well for me.  LOL - Welcome to Spain.  I have to keep reminding myself they do speak Spanish in Spain and that I should work harder at learning it.  In the meantime hopefully this works for you.

U can contact them on facebook they replied to my messages in english.

You can contact then on facebook messenger. Movistar espana. I sent them message they replied in english it might work
