Tax help

Hi does anyone know the tax costs for our flat in Manilva. It is about 95 sq metres in size.

If you mean the IBI I would estimate about 600 euros. You may be able to find out by going to the Town Hall in Manilva.

Our flat is around 100 sq mtrs in La Duquesa.
I just paid around £108 for the tax.
Plus my Spanish Solicitor charged OF COURSE! for doing the tax return for me.
I would not have the slightest idea of doing it or care to do it anyway.
