We are an appointment only training facility based in La Cala de Mijas.

We have daily classes and Open Gym Sessions, catering for all levels of fitness and abilities. Classes include; BoxFit, HIIT, Weight Training, Functional Training, Pilates, Yoga and Over 50's . With an inside and outside training space, whatever the weather - we've got you covered.

Also provide Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Rehabilitation, Sports Performance, Personal Training, Body Transformation and Nutritional Programming.
