Making a claim to Hacienda

I have made " declaración de rentas " for 2017 and 2018 " and paid to Hacienda nearly 3000 euros, I now know that I was not obliged to declare my income and I have not done so for the period 2019 . I would like the details of contact of a lawyer or gestor in Fuengirola , expert in these matters , to help me make a claim to Hacienda. Thanking you all.
