If you have good internet you can just buy an IPTV box from Amazon or a simple Firestick for UK TV. But you need to pay a subscription for what's called a VPN - this enables you to make your location appear to be in the UK or is geo blocked. Your TV just needs an HDMI socket.

You also need a UK address and post code, to run things like BBC iPlayer and ITV X  to watch programmes.

Amazon page  https://www.amazon.es/s?k=IPTV&__mk_es_ES=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=3NPJKS5EZZUVT&sprefix=iptv%2Caps%2C124&ref=nb_sb_noss_1&tag=cstareg0f-21

If you purchase an android tv box and install an IPTV app.

It's not always necessary to have to purchase a VPN as some apps have them integrated into the app.

I've been using "teeveeing" app (Formally Tvmucho) for 8 years which has a built-in VPN.

I don't think that you will find a free IPTV app and in any case you will need to have a good Internet connection which doesn't come cheap.

I see "IPTV Smarters" being advertised around here.

Don't go there. Con artists.

That's an illegal TV service operating from 11 Zinonos Sozou Nicosia Cyprus.  https://teeveeing.com/privacy-policy/

Correct - "teeveeing" app (Formally Tvmucho) for 8 years which has a built-in VPN.

It's not a VPN, just routes direct to their server with bootleg TV channels. I would not advise people to subscribe.

Yes, yes, I've heard all that before several times but.......

It's still operating and got many thousands of customers. It's very rare there's a blip in the service. If teeveeing (Formally Tvmucho) was as illegal as you say it would have been closed down long ago or at least the signal would be blocked.

I've heard and read similar about 'other' IPTV companies.

Anyway, your link points to the teeveeing privacy policy, so where, exactly, does it say that it's an Illegal service?

And the teeveeing app is available through Google App Store who rigorously vet all apps.  Perhaps you should report it to them too........

I've been through all this IPTV nonsense.

As they're all basically illegal one way or another, you have no recourse when they get cancelled.

Such as IPTV Smarters. Suddenly stopped working, no response from the "company" at all.

Get an Amazon Firestick. Then get a genuine VPN. I use NordVPN, about 50€ a year, works fine.

Install it on the Firestick and choose the UK connection.

Then download all the apps for free, ITV-X, Channel 4, 5 etc etc. BBC too, YouTube, the list is endless.

Some require a subscription, others are free. (UK Play is terrific. Free.)

I pay no subscriptions at all and there are still WAY too many films, series, videos to watch in a lifetime.

Norm.

PS Actually, I pay for YouTube come to think of it. Well worth it. No ads, loads of stuff to watch, especially classic films, TV etc.

"teeveeing app is available through Google App Store"

It's just gone under the radar.

"teeveeing privacy policy"

I posted that just to show the address in Cyprus, these firms run until caught, then busted by authorities, loads have been shut in Spain, with IPTV box racket, sometimes piggy back TV on an internet service. If you think they are paying the millions it would need for broadcast licences think again.  See link TVMucho went bust after broadcasters went after them https://www.satandpcguy.com/2023/10/20/tvmucho-closed-down-popular-uktv-streaming-app-ceases-trading/

Personally I don't favour people who make money from illegal activities & would not recommend for people on this forum.

TeeVeeing on the Google app store right now, but only until get caught or reported.

Google play store rigorously vets all apps and certainly wouldn't wait for a member of public to report it.

I'll fully expect you to report an Illegal app to Google and explain to them that they are sponsoring Illegal activities.

Please report back on this forum about the outcome.......
