Another vote for Chris at Upsticks. He will give a free 30 min call to discuss all the implications and route. We achieved our NLV in December 2022 and TIE in Feb 2023 and are just getting our first renewal, through Chris and his team. Pay them to take the stress! I understand that in the middle of the year it becomes manic in all the bureaucratic departments you have to deal with, both here and in the UK, and it will take time to collect all the necessary documents, even now, so if they were planning to get their visa in say June, I would start now! But Chris will give them plain speaking advice. Tell them to take it! Michael
