I have a holiday apartment in Fuengirola but like others have not been able to get out due to covid . I have a car which I keep in my garage I have been told I must insure it even though it’s not on a public road is this true ? Looks like I won’t get out this year as well .

I have never had to do that but from what I do understand two options are:
1. Go to your Ayuntamiento and ask them
