Does anyone know an English speaking computer expert who can help me with a problem that I have with my computer?
Do you know any freinds in UK who can help you via Team Viewer ? just a thought . Cheers Ian Part time Malaga.

Out;ook would not open. Then Word. Deleted all office stuff and tried to re-install Office 365 (I have a subscription). It will not install. Just goes to "Getting things ready" and stays there

When you say "deleted" did you go through the correct uninstall process rather than simply deleting? Scroll down to Problems while trying to install Office and follow the instructions.....hopefully that might resolve the issue.....

You have downloaded a virus. Scan it and it should find the problem. Look at your download history in Google/MSN/Yahoo.
