What's the problem?

Out;ook would not open. Then Word. Deleted all office stuff and tried to re-install Office 365 (I have a subscription). It will not install. Just goes to "Getting things ready" and stays there

When you say "deleted" did you go through the correct uninstall process rather than simply deleting? You have downloaded a virus. Scan it and it should find the problem. Look at your download history in Google/MSN/Yahoo.
