As soon as the law permits we intend relocating to the Costa del Sol , from Dec 2020 until at least the summer of 2021, we are a London based couple ( medical professionals ) in our early 60s with a Jack Russell dog.Looking torent  a 2 bed apartment or townhouse anywhere from Calahonda to Duquesa . Excellent references .

Hi

Have a 70 m2 2 bed 2 bath apartment in benamara dos Hermanas - which is a beachside urbanisation on the Estepona / marbella new golden mile - we are a 2 min walk to Salduna beach .

Totally refurbished at 850 euros a month.

Terrace of 28 m2. The urbanisation voted the best kept in Estepona .

The urbanisation has villas . Town houses and apartments of no more than 2 storeys- we are up a single flight of stairs. The accommodation below is empty . The urbanisation is very quiet and has one of the largest pools on the coast- with lots of green open spaces.

Cheers

Phil

You may want to check here:  https://www.gov.uk/transition

before making a commitment to a long term stay in Spain after Brexit.

I would suggest you look at Spanish estate agents. The British will just fleece you. Plenty of properties available all along the Costa del Sol. Just 1 example

Just wanted to say that you will not be allowed to stay more than 3 months in case you don’t know the rules of brexit.

Izzy, note they hold Irish passports as they mentioned above so they are not restricted by Brexit.
