Appartment rentals

Hi My wife and i are purchasing an apartment in the Mikonos playa building

we are looking at the possibility of renting it out whilst we are not in attendance

we have tried the local estate agents and find them to be expensive and not much gain to be had one evan responded and belittled us lol

please has anyone got any connections for cleaning services or do any of you run a key service airport runs cleaning etc 

i am not short of people wanting to rent the apartment how ever i need some way of making it work

if anyone can point me in the right direction please message me
