Tradesperson required to redecorate apartment in Marina de la Duquesa Complex

Hi,
We are seeking recommendations for a trustworthy and reliable handyman/woman/tradesperson to freshen up our 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Marina de la Duquesa. The work consists of walls and ceiling repainted, interior/exterior floors polished, chasing TV, etc wires into wall and fitting TV to wall.
