It’s also worth printing the page with the link on itself in Spanish as my Health Centre tried to send me away with a different form as the receptionist didn’t recognise what my completed form was for.

Would advise you to take also your TIE, passport and a padron less than 3 months old and a copy of your private health insurance or card...... the form says only that you need ID. But we were turned away as were others as we needed to provide all of the above and take copies  with you or you will have to go back again with them!

Still waiting to be called for our vaccine, but hopeful the system wont fail us!

The system is failing us.  Anyone without an S1 or on the Spanish health system is falling through the cracks and they seem to have very little interest in resolving this on a national basis or actually any basis.  

Perhaps you will get lucky if you press enough, go to the Clinic every day etc. but just submitting your forms is probably a waste of time.  I do not know where they put those forms but it isn't in any computer system. 

In other countries they are vaccinating people decades younger and in Spain here, with only private insurance, well who knows whether it will be in 2021 before a call is received

My understanding is that everyone in every country is entitled to a free vaccine but in Spain that does not seem to apply if you are a private healthcare payer.  Good luck to everyone.  Hope your town is more organized than the one I am forced to go to.

My Scottish Friend in Sabinillas managed to Register with her Passport , Padron Certificate, SI Form together with her Vaccine Form. There was a interpreter  there fortunately or somebody who could speak English. She got her 1st Vaccination last Wednesday and 2nd one is on 1st June,2021. I believe you can even Register with a copy of  a valid  EHIC card as well. But orginal EHIC card must be shown.

Thanks for your encouraging response but my point is that I have only private healthcare.  No S1 and no EHIC and no Spanish health care.  These are the people falling through the cracks.
