getting bloods checked in comares

Hi everyone,
Hope your all well and safe.
My partner has to have regular blood checks for her warfarin.(blood thinners)
We need to know what the rule is when you have had a heart valve replacement and need checks and warfarin.
we also need to know where she would go for her checks and for her warfarin/blood thinners. We are in Comares.
can anyone help or put us in the right direction.
