Water Contract Process

We arrived out 15 working days after completing our house purchase only to spend next 7 days with no water as ACOSOL have not processed paperwork and have still not issued water contract to our Solicitors........It seems to be taking very long time to get water on ....We where told today via our solicitors Acosol should have Meter installed tomorrow but there still waiting on contract does anyone have experience or understanding of timelines from completion to getting water on ....We attended ACOSOL office in Marbella last week but day we attended it was bank holiday so looking for help out there for process
