Paying water bill bt debit card?

Hi,

Can anyone help, I'm trying to pay water bill via the acosol website with my debit card as my direct debit hasn't been set up yet (issues with bank).

When I go onto site and request to pay by card it directs me to payment details.

However in the boxes where you would input your card details there isn't enough room  it only allows 13 digits and card has 16.

I'm obviously doing something wrong.

Would it be easier to call water company and resolve it over the phone but unfortunately I don't speak Spanish.
