PATRONATO DE RECAUDACION PROVINCIAL

I need to contact the above office in relation to a Tax for a property equivalent to the Rates in UK as I believe.Does anyone know if someone speaks English in that Office if visited or alternatively on the telephone. All their forms are in Spanish. I have looked up their office in La Sabinillas. An e mail has been sent but no response as yet.

Alternatively is their any agency who can deal with such matters while I am not in Spain.

I will be grateful for any information or assistance anyone can provide.
