nie and social security number

hello I have been offered a job by Jet2.com from april till October but need a nie number and a social security number by the 30th March 2020 I have been informed I need to apply at a local police station but I am not fluent in Spanish and was wondering if anyone knew of the waiting times to obtain a nie number now we are out of the eu and if anyone would be willing if I came over to assist me with appointments and of course I would pay all expenses and for your time.
