Looking for a job: bar, waitress, Hotel

I am a mature lady (50) who has been working in travel and tourism for the last 30 years.
The last two I have been running two hotels in Scotland. looking to move to the Costa Del Sol.
I am very hands on in all depts. I can cook, waitress, chambermaid barmaid or reception.
looking for a new start, a very hard working versatile individual.
