During my last stay, I was able to book day trips to Gibraltar and Tangier but this time I'd like to visit Seville.

Hi you could try reubens excursions in Benalmádena https://www.rubensexcursions.com/. When we went to Seville, we got the cercanías train to Malaga Maria Zambrano station and got the high speed train to Seville from there.
