Convenio Especial

We’ve recently moved from Mallorca to Benalmádena Pueblo.
We have been paying in to the Convenio Especial for about 5 years in Mallorca, and think we need to register our move, so that we’ll be paying in to the correct health region - Andalusia.
Unfortunately, we don’t know who to contact, or where do go, to do this.
Can anyone help?
